Paid Opportunity for an experienced IntelliJ Idea Plugin Developer

We need an experienced Plugin developer who can write a VCS plugin for IntelliJ Idea 7.0.x.
The plugin need to talk via a VCS client connector to a backend VCS server. If you are an
