How to install plugin manually?

How to install plugin manually? I mean, that I'd like to install my plugin to my IDEA and do not publish it. So, I have prepared plugin zip-archive. How can I install it to any IDEA? Thanks.

I'm sorry. It is only need to extract the content of the zip-deployment archive to the IDEA plugin folder and restart IDEA.
