[ANN] RemoteSynchronizer 1.0.4

New version of RemoteSynchronizer is available at
http://www.intellij.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/RemoteSynchronizer,
or via the PluginManager.

No new functionnality, I've just updated the plugin to
work with new module-based configuration and follow
other API changes.

Tested with build 977.
