[ANN] GenerateSerialVersionUID v.03 available

From plugin manager.

Works with 977 now.
Changed to use the serialver tool in project's jdk. (Note: this method is slower than using ObjectStreamClass, so it would be helpful if someone can answer this: http://www.intellij.net/forums/thread.jsp?forum=23&thread=54066&tstart=0&trange=15 )
