Flush caches using OpenAPI?

Hi all,

Is there a way to flush the IDEA caches using the OpenAPI? As detailed here: http://www.intellij.net/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=269384&tstart=100 when my plugin replaces libraries IDEA doesn't notice and this forces a complete restart. I'd rather simply trash the caches, at least then the user knows what's going on.
