When opening the program, a window pops up with an error: The entry point to the CreateAppContainerProfile procedure was not found in the DLL USERENV.dll.

Hello, Cmeptbcmeptb5. Could you please specify which Windows version you use? If it is Windows 7 or earlier, it is no longer supported by our IDEs. The system requirement for the latest IDE releases is
64-bit version of Windows 10 1809 and later, or Windows Server 2019 and later.
