[ANN] ProjectPluginTemplate updated (3.02 and 4.02)

Hello,

It is template for plugin developers, it help to create predefined IDEA
project for new plugins. It also can help to organize your existing plugins
source and project structure.

Please, give me know if some trouble with it.


Changes:

• Added build numbering

• ANT script is optimized

• Added templates for Readme.txt, Changes.txt etc.

• Support for Aurora and Ariadna

• Updated manual at

• Imporved building binaries

Maybe it help to develop plugins more faster :)
