Nested nodes in diagram

Is it possible in the diagram openapi to have nested nodes?

I am trying to create a diagram for JPDL (java process definition
language used in JBoss jBPM framework).

I need to show superstates which are collections of states.

I also need to be able create edges from a node in any hierarchy to
another node in possibly another hierarchy (e.g. from a state in a
superstate to either a top level state or to a state in another
superstate).

Thanks for the answer - I am really looking forward to that!

Is it already available in 5755? (I haven't found anything new).
Or will it be available only after Demetra final release?
