0.11 (#811) - 11 Apr 2003 (Funny how everything is happening on the 11)

a.. Upgraded to 811 (not backward compatible)
b.. Fixed getter highlight option bug
c.. Fixed renaming/moving test class refactoring. These refactorings won't
change any references of test classes anymore (they do not use IDEA
refactoring anymore due to an unsolvable problem). This is only a problem
when a static suite is used.
