[ann] new version of ideajad (809)

Hey,

there is a new version of ideajad that should work
slightly better with aurora. However, the
cause by
idea is still there. Well, at least I think it is
caused by idea and bug 10130
(http://www.intellij.net/tracker/idea/viewSCR?publicId
10130). So cast your votes folks, to get this one
resolved :)

- overhauled build script some (borrowed some
ideas form PVCSPlugin)
- removed unncessary jars from distribution
(this also fixes problems with aurora)
