Bringing editor to front

It doesn't seem possible. Would you please add a JIRA issue for this?

I have created a little plugin that offers two additional editors for
Ant files (using FileEditorPolicy.NONE).
Now I want to bring one of those two editors to front (triggered by
the
user). How can I do this?
