Testing a Servlet deployed on weblogic with JUnit and Cactus Integrated Intellij

Hi,

To test this do I really need to be able to kick off weblogic from the Intellij or Is it enough if I manually start weblogic.Does any body have an idea of any plugin to kick off weblogic from Intellij.
