JSR 198 - A Standard Extension API for Integrated Development Environments

Has anyone at IntelliJ taken a look at this, JSR 198 - A Standard
Extension API for Integrated Development Environments?

A JSR "Standard" extension api for IDE's seems strange. Has IntelliJ
given any thought to getting involved with defining this or to
conforming to it?

Should have know they would be on top of it. I was wondering whether
such a thing should really be a JSR in the first place, but I'm less
concerned since JetBrains has their finger on the pulse of this JSR.
