Open up Find Usages

Hey JetBrains...

Has there been any talk about opening up the API on the Find Usages
functionality.
a friend of mine had an idea of writing a command line program that would
take advantage of being able to find usages of methods or variables without
having IDEA open (he's very anti-IDE... but likes some of the cool features
I have been telling him about...)

It's not really open yet but you may try it anyway. See
