Unable to format source in packages?
Right clicking on source package gives the option to reorganize imports (ctrl+alt+o) only while the reformat code (ctrl+alt+l) is disabled.
Is this intentional?

Sorry, can't reproduce it. It seems that it's not intentional. Could you please file an issue at our tracker: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com with the details: OS, package content, maybe project sample?
Actually I've found already existing issue about it and it should be fixed in IDEA 13.1.2.
