View -> Toolbar.
By the way you can find whatever you need in IntelliJ IDEA using Help -> Find Action. You could type 'toolbar' there to find where's the option.
Thanks, I totally did not expect that the toolbar was hidden, since there was some buttons...
The most frequently used buttons on the mnain toolbar ar Compile/Run/Debug. So when toolbar is hidden and Navigation bar is shown then these buttons are placed at the right side of the Navigation bar.
