GitHub-Flavored Markdown plugin that syntax highlights triple backticks code blocks?

Anyone know of an IntelliJ plugin that improves syntax highlighting for Markdown files?

I tried gfm-plugin, but it doesn't actually syntax highlight any differently; triple backticks should be treated as code block delimiters, but they're still rendered as ordinary text in Text view.
