IncorrectOperationException when trying to add Vaadin module to existing web project..

When I add the Vaadin module, I get the following error:

IncorrectOperationException: Cannot modify a read-only file '......./lib/spring-web-3.2.4.RELEASE.jar!/META-INF/web-fragment.xml'.: Cannot modify a read-only file '......../lib/spring-web-3.2.4.RELEASE.jar!/META-INF/web-fragment.xml'.

Any way around this error?
