many projects

hi guys. How to open many projects in one idea windows.I know what ideas standart its open only one projects per time. For example i have one big MAVEN projects with MANY maven child projects with many maven projects(fac.ing enterprise), but i need to only few projects of they, maybe 3 or 4, how open they only, maybe i can open PARENT project and make bookmarks for purposes projects(Now i find functionality those fix it particularly, i use GROUP for project, per purposes projects i set it in context menu for some group, but it group view only if i chose package mode in "Project" windows).
Say please some lifehack to fix it, i think i am not everyone with it problem.

I think the IDEA way is to import the parent pom, then, when asked selectively select only those child modules that you want to include.

Dynamically including/excluding modules is not that well supported. You could remove/add modules to the project to do that.

Or if there are two different subsets of modules for two different software products, then create two IDEA projects for that.

Maybe External Directories (with Armory plugin) can help in that case. You could add other projects as an external directory and navigate through them in the project view.

Dmitry, were you able to find "External Directories" element? If so, just click [Ctrl] + [Right Mouse Button] and you will see the menu with "Add external directory" item.
Another way to find it is to click [Right Mouse Button] (without [Ctrl]) on the "External Directories" element and then select Armory -> Add external directory

And, of course, "External Directories" element is visible only in the Armory window (not in the Project View). I hope it will help!
