Cannot use dynamic classpath mode in 12 rc2

Have dynamic classpath enabled but I cann execute junit. Give the CreateProcess error-206, the filename of extension is too long.

I have tried turning off dynamic classpath and then renable it with no success.

Using the scala plugin, not sure if that makes any diff.

Any ideas ?
