"JavaScript Libraries" not in IntelliJ 14 Settings pane

I'm trying to follow this support article https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/help/configuring-javascript-libraries.html and I can't find the JavaScript Libraries in the Settings pane. Any clue where it's gone?
