110.3 CVS got confused with server unreachable

Hello Donald,

There should be some thread dumps in the IntelliJ IDEA logs directory (Help
| Reveal Logs). Please file a YouTrack issue with the logs attached.

IT was doing some work and had our CVS server down. The CVS plugin got
so confused that the entire app eventually became unresponsive and I
had to kill it.
