IDEA - CTRL+E - recent file popup
Please make it resizable as well as all other similar tool windows, would be noce it it remebers it's last size and position and option to reset to defalt would be helpfull I guess.
Minor issue CTRL+N and then CTRL+E both popups remain open

Have you got a youtrack issue I could vote for? I also consider it being a really annoying regression in 10.5. I can resize Ctrl+E pop-up panel with Ctrl+Shift+arrows, but it always reverts to the default size when I reopen it.
It is really a bug. It is possible to resize CTRL+N other dialogs with arrows that totally has no sense and looks ugly.
