IntelliJ pegs the CPU when closing

Hi, the 12/3 build and the 1/27 build causes my machine's cpu to max out when I close IntelliJ. Even if I just open then close the application. I am running on Windows XP w/4G of RAM and IntelliJ full version.

Turns out the log said that IntelliJ was trying to clean up local history. I just deleted the files in local history and this appeared to fix the problem.
