Comparison IDEA 8 vs. 9 vs. 10

I'm using IDEA 8.1.4 for plain Java software development. Now I took a look
at the latest IDEA 10 build from Git, but could not find much differences.
Is there a comparison available showing the plain Java features which I'm
missing if I do not upgrade? Thanks in advance.

I dont't think there'a single document.
Look carefully at the changes in 9: http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/whatsnew/index.html
There are lots of small (and not so small) goodies for plain Java programming like vertical indentation markers in the editor, the "Open in Explorer" action, subversion enhancements, global unused highlighting, a diff view in UML,  and much more.

IMHO the first IDEA X early access started out really great for "plain programmers": There's a very noticeable performance leap, the GUI is even more focues on the code itself and there are already a couple of new "plain" features, see http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/IDEADEV/IDEA+X+First+EAP+Release+Notes
These are only release notes for the first early acces version - I haven't seen a full roadmap for IDEA X yet.

Not to mention Idea X also uses pixels better by removing a lot of unnecessary padding.  Make those pixels work for you baby!

But IntelliJ is the only version which keeps the dependencies attached per module, instead of what IntelliJ thinks is a project. So if you use a lot of modules, eg for Maven, IntelliJ 8 is (IMO) the way to go. Or maybe 10 will improve that!

Since we both have the same bugbear Erik, is there a YouTrack issue that you've created which I can vote on or add additional suggestions to?

Hi Simon, yes, there is. You can find it here: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEA-53408

Another http://www.watchesdate.com/Rolex/Day-Date-II/ is the Ladies' Rolex Two- tone Date Just. This two tone version adds a lot of http://www.watchesdate.com/Concord/ to the traditional stainless steel one. Just by adding 18k yellow gold to the band's center links, the Two- tone Date Just turned into a http://www.watchesdate.com/Ebel/, more fun version of its stainless steel counterpart. And to make it better, this http://www.watchesdate.com/Burberry/ is available in a number of gorgeous diamond options, like beadset bezel, string diamond dial etc. And finally, the Rolex two tone http://www.watchesdate.com/Breguet/. This men's http://www.watchesdate.com/Hermes/ is certainly handsome and winning. The http://www.watchesdate.com/BlancPain/ incorporates an Oyster band that is made of stainless steel and 18k yellow gold. The crown of the http://www.watchesdate.com/Graham/ is styled as a screw down. It also has a date display at 3.00 which comes with a magnified window. The http://www.watchesdate.com/Ebel/ dial is black and steel with stick hour markers. The bezel is 18k yellow gold domed. This http://www.watchesdate.com/Tag-Heuer/ is proof of Rolex's unvarying attention to details and the sheer elegance of their http://www.watchesdate.com/oris/. As far as any http://www.watchesdate.com/DeWitt/ go, the quality and elegance is not a question. But with the http://www.watchesdate.com/BlancPain/, you're treating yourself to a dose of http://www.watchesdate.com/Rolex/Masterpiece/ and http://www.watchesdate.com/Graham/.
