Performing Code Analysis never ending

Hello nodje,

Are there any exceptions? If not, please capture a CPU snapshot.

I've had this with 98.238 and now with 98.311, I can't get the Code
Analysis to finish, to the point that I can't even get the syntax
mistakes highlighted. It used to work, it suddely stopped.
Find Usages doesn't work anymore either.
I tried clean up the caches, to no avail.

I'm on OS X 10.6.4.

Any idea what could cause this?

I get this exception pretty often. Don't know if it;s realated:

Argument 0 for @NotNull parameter of com/intellij/psi/PsiElementRef.real must not be null: Argument 0 for @NotNull parameter of com/intellij/psi/PsiElementRef.real must not be null
