I was wondering if someone knows how to solve this problem:
I currently have the following maven project structure:
- Project A, let's call it "base";
- Project B, which depends on the base.
I can import project B into maven and it detects the dependency on the jar of the base and everything. The problem is that i would like that changes made on the sources of the base, inside the ide, would get instantly reflected in the project that is dependent on it (B).
Currently this does not happen, and the only way i have to make the changes visible is to rebuild the jar ("mvn clean install" in the base project). Only then will IntelliJ pick up the changes.
So my question is: Is there another way to, though keeping the projects separate (i.e. not merging into one multi-module project), have intellij pickup and build any changes in the base project?
Thanks in advance,
