scrolling bug that has been in idea for ages

just wondering: am i the only one experiencing this?

steps to reproduce:

1. open call hierarchy of any method

2. open the tree

3. double click on a method that is in a file which is not yet open

-> the editor opens the file, but does not completely scroll to the cursor, it's somewhere below the visible part of the open file.
