How to resize the quick help?

I don't know why, but my quick help window is very very large (maybe 20x the size of my screen).

I canno't resize it to a normal size. Is there an option in the preference files I can manually change ?

Thanks,

You can resize it by dragging the bottom right corner.

I tried but it's not working.

And it takes a long time to go on the right corner (20x screen large) by moving the window.

Please provide a screencast, maybe I don't understand the problem.

As you can see at the end of the screencast, the second resizing is not working.

Close IDEA, find dimensions.xml file in config/options folder (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/entries/23358108).

Find all the keys that start with javadoc.popup, remove them or adjust the width.

Our developers are investigating why it happened.

Hi Gaetan,

could you please try to do these steps:
1. Shut down Idea
2. Go to ~/Library/Preferences/IntelliJIdea14/options/dimensions.xml
3. Please send this file to me "kb at jetbrains.com"
4. Remove the file (or optionaly remove all tags that start with "<size key="javadoc.popup" )
5. Save changes and start IntelliJ

Hope this helps
