How to make Idea to display numeric types as hex by default?

I've started using Idea 14 CE and I work a lot with a bitwise operations.
I'm very suffer trying to view a vector of bytes in hex :(

Unfortunately this is not easy now: currently you can only check "View as -> Hex" in the context menu (can be done for several values at once).
