File locking issue in 90.116

Hi, just wanted to check if anyone else is having this problem that me and my colleague are having.

We are running on Windows XP SP2 and we build our projects using Maven in Cygwin. The 90.116 build appears to be locking multiple target directories. Maven clean was unable to remove those directories. It's either we use a 3rd-party utility to unlock those file handles or we'd have to shut down IDEA completely in order to be able to do clean build form the terminal. It's a blocker for us so we're back to 90.94

Cheers,
David

Yes, see my prior post it is exactly the same issue. I also can not run
maven builds except if I cleaned target class output directories and started
idea fresh

I run on straight windows xp

Hello David,

Sorry for the trouble. Indeed, this is a very recent regression with very
unpleasant results. I hope we'll be able to release a fixed build today.
