Long pauses in 10666

I just started seeing long pauses during code editing using build 10666 on Snow Leopard.  I've used it for about a week now with no issues, but about halfway through today it became unusable.

Anyone else seeing the same thing?

Yes, editor in 10666 shows poor performance. Fluent typing is often impossible. I already filed http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-24468.
