Suggetions to make the ActionScript get/set generator better

I opened two request for enhancements -- http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-24516 & http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-24517 -- with suggestions on making the ActionScript get/set generator more robust.

In a nutshell, I'd like, when creating bindable set/get functions, the event type to be  a public static const rather than a hard coded value. And I'd like to be able to edit the event type's value more easily.

I thought I would post a comment here to get (no pun intended) suggestions or feedback on such. And to shamelessly ask for people to vote for the requests.
