Hi.

10372 is M1 release, 10652 is EAP build. Some users prefer to work with release builds only, so there is no suggestion to update to EAP.

As already discussed, please let the user decide. Not everybody has a fast
internet connection and avoiding to download 90% of the same jar files again
and again would be a wise idea.

BTW, because of this lack of such a light-weight download, I'm not trying
out Maia at all. I'm sure I'm not the only one and it should be your
intention to make testing EAP builds as easy as possible for interested
users to get the best pre-release feed-back you can get.

Hello Tom,

Note that auto-update works just fine for updating between Maia EAP builds,
so you need to download the whole package just once (twice if you tested
pre-M1 builds).

Oh, my error that I tried the M1 on OSX (which seems not to have such a
update menu item at all).
