Access to local SVN repository

IntelliJ IDEA uses SVNKit for SVN access.  So if you search on SVNKit and your message you get results like http://www.svnforum.org/2017/viewtopic.php?t=1081

If that doesn't help, could you provide some more information, such as information on your repository and how you are trying to reference it?

message was gotten: "svn: Unable to open an ra_local session to URL".
What cause of this?
