Cannot compile in 9794

Anyone else having issues compiling?

When I do a make the compiler is saying it cannot find any of my classes but
in the IDE editor, everything is resolving fine. I've never seen this
before. I was using the latest EAP build before this one.

I even tried clearing my output folder.

I cannot even manually right click on my modules and choose compile. It
cannot find classes even in the same module.

As it turns out, when you upgrade from previous EAP to this one, IDEA will
rebuild your caches however, it doesn't remove the compiled caches..

I got this working by completely removing my "system" folder. It appears
that IDEA didn't clear enough out when I installed this new EAP and it got
confused.
