Test directory always excluded from sources

My project has a test directory which I am trying to get included as a
source directory so IntelliJ will recognize the classes. Unfortunately
with the latest build I cannot. It is always marked as excluded and
marking it as a src directory has no effect. I can remove it from the
excluded directory b

ut IntelliJ always keeps adding back even though I have removed it.
