Problem with "Focus follows mouse with Auto Raise" and idea.popup.weight not working in Intellij 8.0.*

Most popup windows will not stay open.  I have my linux environment setup for "Focus follows mouse with Auto Raise" (kde).  Windows like the implemetors popup off interfaces won't stay open.  This happened in 6, and the idea.popup.weight=medium fixed it.  In 7, this wasn't an issue and didn't require a change from the default idea.popup.weight=heavy.  In both Intellij 8 and 8.0.1 the problem has come back but this option doesn't make a difference.  Is anyone else seeing this?

I figured out a solution to this.  In KDE if you specify the Policy of "Focus Follows Mouse" rather than "Focus Strictly Under Mouse", intellij works much better.
