9720 is significantly faster to compile

I would love to know what you did to increase performance from 9712 to 9720. I was embarrassed allowing IDEA to compile code when Eclipse users were close by. It was the only thing that I had to apologise for when pairing. Compilation of one project has decreased from just over 1 minute to about 30 seconds.
