Two new possible bugs in build 9540

1.) Pulling members up refactoring on a method which has multiple annotations and comments pulls that stuff up to the interface but not the method signature itself.
2.) Seam JSF auto-completion does not appear to work for methods that take parameters. The method list provided from ctrl+space does not list them as available. That is somewhat annoying.

Could you provide a sample code to reproduce the 1st problem? I have failed
to do it.
