xmlns:wicket

Hi

I have seen the question asked, but didn't see any answer. I would like to add a dtd resource to be able to make wicket tags without getting warnings in the IDE as well as getting auto-completion. I am using Intellij 8. I have added a resource, but Intellij complains that "Attribute xmlns:wicket is not allowed here". What am i doing wrong?
