I don't know if this is the right channel for this but it might be interesting.
I am using Diana-8733 on Ubuntu 64 bit. I was happily developing with pleasure ;) when I got an endless dialog on deleting a class called 'a'. Then I canceled the delete and unchecked the text search options ('a' will probably occur a lot in text). Then I did a safe delete again (several times if I recall correctly). Then the moment came that Diana was silent, just a white window and lots of processor action.
I did a 'kill -3' waited a while and did a 'kill -3' again, the result is attached.
Hope this helps, I'll remove the a.java file from disk and restart. Probably my pleasure continues ;).
