VCS changes not attached to any build configuration

Hi,
On every TC server start I see following line in the logte:

[2014-01-27 03:54:05,566] INFO - jetbrains.buildServer.SERVER - Found: 169663 VCS changes not attached to any build configuration, these changes will be ignored

What does it actually mean and how to remove those changes?

These are changes from removed VCS roots or from removed build configurations. There is no need in removing them. Then TeamCity starts it detects that changes are not attached to the build configurations and doesn't load them into memory.
