Is there a way to notify JB of changes to JIRA issues marked as resolved?

I've logged several issued that were marked as such and no further change was made by JB after I added some information
to the issues (I understand that they may be addressing other issues, but I'd have expected at least the status to change back).

but I'd have expected at least the status to change back).


I read all the JIRA activity, and the developer responsible for each issue
also receives notifications about comments. So if you want an issue to be
reopened, it's usually enough to post a "Please reopen this issue" comment.

Thanks Dmitry,

As there's no visual feedback and I have seen no notification from JIRA, I just wanted to check that I've done
the right thing with respect to the process in place.
