8618, 8637 - Java EE plugin fails to initialize + Unknown 'web' facet

Both 8618 and 8637: after IDEA starts it shows a message that Spring plugin failed to initialize due to Java EE plugin issues (1.png, 2.png)
After removing "Spring" and "Spring Web Flow" plugins (don't need them) - IDEA finally starts but then doesn't recognize a 'Web' facet (3.png, 4.png) and treats a JSP files as a text files (5.png)

Hello Evgeny,

This should be fixed in the next Diana EAP.

Both 8618 and 8637: after IDEA starts it shows a message that Spring
plugin failed to initialize due to Java EE plugin issues (1.png,
2.png)

After removing "Spring" and "Spring Web Flow" plugins (don't need

Good! Any idea what it happens only to me ? Other people around are running the same build without any such problem on both Windows and Linux. I was thinking of disk issues and tried to install IDEA on different partitions but it was all the same.

Unfortunately, it's still the same in 8650 - after unpacking the zip file in the clean directory and running an .exe I get the same error message about malfunctioning Spring plugin and later about unknown 'web' facet (after removing Spring plugins)

This could be some weird disk issue (the way I see it - IDEA simply doesn't see Java EE plugin for some reason) but kill me if I understand what's that.
I don't have any anti-virus installed on this machine ...

Is the exception the same? Most likely it's now thrown for some different
class.

After installing M1 and seeing the same problem again I've tried to cleanup the whole ".IntelliJIdea80" folder and it finally helped. It appears that old settings were causing all the issues described starting with build 8618.

They're attached. But if using File => Import Settings from .jar in the file attached - IDEA worked without any problem.
