8280 installer reaching for the internet while running ?

It's the first time I'm witnessing this : when doubleclicking on the 8280 windows installer, firewall detected an attempt for 199.7.54.190, which resolves to CRL.VERISIGN.COM.54.7.199.in-addr.arpa.
Apart from the fact that this address seems strange (what's this arpa extension ?), I'm surprised from the internet access.

Any one seen this ?

Hello Thibaut,

This is really strange. Our installer doesn't have any components which access
the internet.

Hello Thibaut,

in-addr.arpa are reverse DNS entries, this is quite normal. Is the installer signed? If yes, Windows is probably checking if the certificate used to sign the binary wasn't revoked.
