#8243 won't import color settings exported from 7.0.3

Trying to import VibrantInk settings from
http://andersnoras.com/files/folders/code/entry514.aspx

Works in 7.0.3

#8243 also says "Settings imported successfully. You have to restart
IDEA to reload the settings.", but the settings are not in effect or
available after restarting.

Ideally, it should be possible to import 7.x settings, but at least
IDEA shouldn't say "imported successfully" if it isn't.
