Maybe, just maybe, the fact that you can acquire a file (based on a guessed URL) doesn't mean that the software vendor has actually released the version of the software you think that file contains?

Are you sure you're running 7.0.2 and not 7.0M2? 01.01.2008 is the expiration
date for the milestone builds released while IntelliJ IDEA 7 was in development.
