ColdFusion Debugger Setup in IntelliJ 12

I'm having isssues getting Intellij setup with the ColdFusion debugger.  I've read through and gone over the steps in these docs:

and still can't set breakpoints in cfm files (should I be able to?).  I have a run/debug config and it will run the site - but that's it.  

Anyone using CF debugging?
