Committing to subversion?

Hello Bjørn,

Committing to subversion repository is really slow... Is this by
design or? Committing to cvs repository is really quick compared to
subversion... Don't think that the speed difference has been there
before....

Please take a CPU snapshot and attach it to a JIRA issue, so that we could
see what exactly is slow in the operation.
